PSA - WIP

This tutorial I might plan to use in the PSA because I think it has a cool effect, especially when I began to play around with it more. My PSA idea was make a anti-smoking / switching to vaping. An idea came to me where through my experience, transferring to vaping over smoking can not only be healthier for you in the long run, all while being cheaper than smoking actual cigs. The vape graphics I have created so far:
